Mini Series Qimir the Stranger, who some may call a Sith and may or may not be a former smuggler

he's either Mr. Smiley or Mr. Smiley is just the apprentice and Qimir is the current Dark Lord. He gives off way too much of a Senator Sheev Palpatine masquerade vibe. He's very much pushing Mae along the path that Mr. Smiley has sent her on. Giving her encouragement, while at the same time not coming across as a genuinely nice person. Very manipulative. When he name drops Sol that was almost a "even the nature of the dark side" level of "Well it's about time, I've been dropping hints like crazy!"

the master, than I feel sorry for him even more, providing so much emotional support for apprentice is a rare thing not only by Sith standards, but by Jedi ones too, and yet she betrayed him.

 

He gives of Senator and Chancellor Palpatine vibes.

 

I think he's just manipulating her, playing the role of a friend.

I think there is zero doubt after this episode that Q is the Sith Apprentice.

 

Also agree for me he is the laughing face but he is the Apprentice and not the Sith Master... height, build and stance correspond...
But the hints we had this episode were a bit too obvious so I am starting to question myself... could be a misdirection but in which direction?
I am still sold on the fact that the sith master is

either Mother Aniseya or Mother Koril protecting herself from Mae and letting her think she is dead to fuel her anger and help her tap into the dark side

 

That implication is about as subtle as a moon falling on a wookie's head. Of course that's what Qimir is doing.

I think we'll see him get killed in Episode 5 or 6. Possibly he'll last to E8.

However, I firmly believe that the goal of the show is for Osha to become the acolyte/apprentice of the real Sith Master, someone higher than Darth Qimir, who is only the apprentice.

Maybe the master will have another apprentice ready to replace Qimir, and that apprentice will begin to train Osha.

Osha, I think, will learn about what the Jedi did to her Coven, and she will reject Master Sol and join the darkside.

Mae will be killed by the Jedi or perhaps by Darth Qimir.

 

I think it is a step lower or higher. Either Tenebrous or a second to Plags at some point. I don't think Plags would take this risk himself but would definitely tell his underling who is showing promise to test the waters like this. Remember Plaps whole move is in a Culmination move. This would be awfully risky especially based on ep 4 for Plags to do himself. I also think this is early on as plags is also a apprentice to Tenebrous right now.

I liked how he changed his voice when he first see's Mae again.

 

He gave great performance from Sith to Qimir the guy

 

Easily the dude with the most charisma in the entire show.

 

He is just awesome.

 

He makes for an amazing Sith. Now to see how he kills sol

 

Without a weapon, I would assume. Literally or figuratively.

Dude is the apprentice. Took him forever to kill a padawan.

 

Yes he is the padawan to the real Sith master. He coundt kill Sol.

 

I still think he is the apprentice's apprentice and killing a Jedi without a weapon is his final test to become a true apprentice and together they take out Tenebrous.
