When I first read this I thought, “No way! That’s way too far away!” Then the realization that that’s only five years away hit me like a ton of bricks! God we’re old!

 

5 years away is an eternity in modern Hollywood

So much has happened in Hollywood since 2020 and two of them was complete inactivity

 

There was 6 years between Episode 1 and Episode 3. In the days of the OT, It was also 6 years from first film to third. If you look at it that way, its not really that long time. Its not that we are not getting a lot of Star Wars content before 2030.

 

It was just a joke about how we’re getting old, y’all. 2030 sounds like it should be a million years away but it’s only five! That’s literally all I was saying.

So with Starfighter coming first in the post Sequel era and probably show us whats happened since and show us the Third Republic government. This dosent gave the baggage of being first movie since TROS and wont be first in the post Sequel. Daisy Ridley is what now 32 i think and be 35 when this comes out.

 

Of course we do. I say its a small chance you will experience ANH 100 years anniversary as well.

It would be interesting if Rey journey after the ST was short maybe some new villain would kill her and her apprentices would become the new heroes

It be more intresting if Rey had to deal with two annoying students
