And, back to the original point, @Tia, Serapis has always seen things as less about power dynamics, and more about freedom to wield this power as he / she sees fit. No Jedi dogma to restrict it.

 

It's interesting to note my other, Gray, characters are somewhat the same. Gildar just wants to help. Don't give him rules around how to do it. Alejac, not being Force sensitive, dismisses the power as witchcraft.

well I can't say too much, until the next bit of DR is up,

but I can see her being more a Joker/Harley Quinn type more than ever than someone who actually wants to to be a part' of' the Sith legacy.

so, its fitting really she has Ike as her teacher.

Depends on what you classify as "traditional Sith ways" I suppose.

I can't count how many *cough* debates *cough* we've had over the years on the merits or silliness of the Rule of Two. I'm of the latter opinion personally. Too much knowledge can and has been lost due to Bane's ridiculous assertion. It's no wonder the Republic keeps winning when we can barely keep track of the tools to fight them. grumble grumble

They (master and apprentice) must have been paranoid of being in the same room together longer than five minutes in case someone lobbed a grenade at them, or the ship they were on exploded, or the millions of other ways someone could have offed them.

 

Seriously, imagine if the Sith line died out because a Master/Apprentice accidentally popped out of hyperspace into an asteroid field? Or, a Master tripped over a curb and broke their neck before their Apprentice was old enough?

this is why Tia mocks Darth Bane in particular,

tbh she isn't really impressed with any of the legacy Sith really, which is why she feels TSE can become more than tradition, and reform to be a real threat.

That's why I've always thought a good model for us was the Mafia. Levels to graduate to, and incentives to grow. But, a recognition what we're in for, ourselves.
