A crappy fate for a survivor of 3 Nazi concentration camps...

"A 90-year-old Holocaust survivor was found strangled Thursday in his Upper East Side apartment, a spokeswoman for the New York City medical examiner said Friday.

Felix Brinkmann, a native of Latvia, escaped death for a year while he was in the Nazis' Mauthausen, Ebensee and Auschwitz concentration camps. Five times he had been slated for the gas chambers, but each time he used his fluency in German to talk his way out."



This is kinda like those stories you hear about war veterans becoming police officers when they return home...only to get shot in the line of duty.

 

ugh...that's just so saaad. Why would anybody go after a 90 year old holocaust survivor?

 

NINETY YEARS OLD

 

Oh yeah? I met this lady who survived SEVEN concentration camps. And she's still alive.

 

On the other hand, he's ws 90. Still a good long life, no matter how sad the ending.

 

We all knew the nazis hiding in South America were just biding their time. Now, they've returned to finish what they began. And only Brad Pitt and his team of crazy blood lusting Jews can stop them.

 

Poor guy.

Although, I suppose it's a better way for him to go than accidentally leaving the gas on.

 

It isn't as sad as that VTech professor guy who had to be riddled full of holes by that little snot Cho Hseung-Gui or whatever the heck his name was.
