A good Star Wars game for PS2?

I just recently got a PS2 and was wondering if anyone had any recomendations as to what to buy first (in terms of Star Wars games).

The last time I played anything was on the Nintendo 64, and I very much liked the Star Wars games on that, but I've heard that they are not that great on PS2...

Any suggestions?

 

ps2 lacks a decent SW game

 

I've been having a lot of fun playing 'Star Wars: Bounty Hunter' on the PS2. I know it didn't get great reviews (most I saw were around 7 out of 10) but I like it. (Being a Fett fan helps..)

1.Bounty Hunter

2.Clone Wars

3.Jedi Starfighter

Out of those,I recomend Clone Wars.

i enjoyed that, but, what when i think of a SW game, i want a really good x-wing, falcon space fighting game.

or have you ever played Star Wars Arcade game?

you have the yavin battle, the hoth both, then fly through endor and fight vader...i think that'd be cool on PS2, or computer.

i dont have a system like that near me, i have to go to seattle to play it

 

^^^I have all three of them, i would recomend you buy them if you can afford it....bounty hunter is a really good game IMO

So there was certainly more than 3 SW games for the PS2.

Since the PS2 is backwards compatible, you can play old PS1 SW games as well. You might wanna try:
1. Masters of the Teras Kasi
2. Jedi Power Battles
3. Episode I
They might not be the best games, but for the price they go for now, you can't lose.

5. Super Bombad Racing

6. Racer Revenge

I'm really lousy at flying games. I got Starfighter free with my PS2 and never made it past the training mission. I just found it real frustrating. (It was also the first game I tried on a PS2 so that didn't help). However, I find I am good at games involving sniping and sneaking around, so I have really enjoyed Bounty Hunter. Most of my deaths in that have involved flying with the jetpack (or, more often, the cessation of flying while over a chasm).

 

Bounty Hunter was a pretty good game and now you can get it for fifteen bucks.


Buy an X box you'll feel better.

 

PS2 will get nothing good because :

1. it sucks
2. Xbox is better

 

wasn't "SW: Demolition" for PS2?

 

No,that was released for PS1.
