Alice: Madness Returns

Anyone going to pick this up? It was just released today in the US. I've been waiting a couple of years for this game to finally come out, but I'm kind of curious as to what people say about it before I drop $50. Reading the reviews right now and after watching the trailers, it seems that the flaws with this game are the same as the original. The graphics don't seem to be up to par, and you sort of have to already have a strong imagination already to be able to overlook that.


The musics still good though. It seems to be mostly Teargas + Plateglass with a bit of Vrenna.

Ok, I caved and got it. I have to say it's the most beautiful game I've played in a LONG time. And it's apparently a really long game, which is great. I dunno if it's just me, but I've found that the prettier fighting games tend to be a bit shorter than what I'd like. I've been playing this for hours and I'm only 4% through it.

 

PC version? Comes out here today, still undecided.

 

Wow this game is stunning. Easily one of the best looking games this year, so many fantastic visuals. It also controls better than I expected, but the 360 controller in my PC probably helps. The starting sequence in London also reminds me of where I used to live in England, it's great.
