Am I the only one that thinks cold stone is too expensive

My mom and i went to cold stone today. We both got 1 of their small ice cream mix things. I got the oreo one and she got some carmel thing. Any way it was like $10. I think they are over priced

 

But their cake batter ice cream is almost better than sex.

Okay, now we need to find out how much sex is going for these days, so we can determine the better value

 

I've never eaten there, so I wouldn't know ^^;

 

I still have never gotten around to trying Coldstone. I guess it's just not a priority.

Eh, I still am addicted to Baskin-Robbins' Peanut Butter 'N Chocolate. NOTHING tops that imo. And I usually get two big scoops in a cup and it comes out to like three and a half bucks or so. Not outrageous, at least for L.A..

 

31 Flavors, Ben & Jerry's, Coldstone; hell, the gallon ice cream at the grocery store all taste basically the same. The only difference between the shops and supermarket ice cream is the selection; don't go to places like Coldstone if you want generic flavors. The "Oreo thing" is cookies and cream; much cheaper at the store.

When I was a kid, I used to get ice cream at the pharmacy cheap. My parents are stingy.

 

I don't think they are overpriced. Their ice cream is so good. If it was cheaper I would be there everyday and then I would need a crane to get out of my house.

 

. . . Not too expensive if someone else is paying for it.

 

They give really big scoops, though. I brought my sister there once, and she chose a MEDIUM strawberry and white chocolate combination (disgusting) because she thought the small cup was too tiny.

Someone needs to tell little girls that if something is pink, that doesn't mean it tastes good. She took two spoonfuls and got "full." My wallet was not happy.

I got to have cold stone a couple times out in California a few years back... Good stuff.

 

It's way too expensive.

And at that point wouldn't it be better than sex, just messier, and colder.

I'm gonna take a wild guess here and say cold stone is an ice cream place where you mix the ice cream with other stuff of your choosing? If so, we have a similar place here called, funny this, Cold Rock. My personal favourite, chocolate icecream with M&M's and cookie dough ...

QFT, but only because I've never heard of Cold Stone, so I've never been to one therefore I've never been overcharged for their ice-cream.

But still, Marble Slab's ice-cream is NOT worth as much as we have to pay for it. Yeah, it's good, but not worth tweleve bucks or whatever.

Personally, my wallet doesn't approve of Cold Stone, (although I do have a weakness for Ben and Jerrys.)

My wallet also remembers how nice it was over in Italy and Greece where you could get a decent amount of good ice cream/gelati for 1.50 or 2 euros.

 

both cold stone, ben and jerrys, 31 flavors and haggan dias are expensive. but its so good!!!!!! i would rather have haggan dias then the other places.
