Lit Anyone else having trouble with their Book of Sith Holocron?

I just got my BoS today, and it doesn't work. I pulled out the plastic tab, took the sticker off the gold button and pushed it, but nothing happened. I changed the batteries in case something might have been wrong with them, but it didn't do any good. Is anybody else having problems with their Holocron? If so, do you know what may be wrong?

Doing a Google search I saw some issues with closing the holocron but none about opening it.

 

There are reports that some cases have mechanical problems. I'd contact Amazon or becker&mayer using the contact info on the sheet that comes inside the case. They've been really good about addressing this problem.
