Ive been thinkin and I was wondering if there are Jedi or other beings that use the force in other galaxies. It would be cool if there was another Outbound Flight project and we could see how the force is used in other galaxies and even what the people of other galaxies call the force. What do you think the other galaxies have instead of Jedi and would you want a book written about going to another galaxy so we could find out?

I don't know about that. The Yuuzhan Vong were from another galaxy, and they have zip Force potential.

Since according to Ep. 1 the midiclorians are what you have to have in your body to be able to summon the Force, "Jedis" in other galaxies would probably have to have those little microscopic critters too.

The GFFA may have been a fluke of nature, and Jedis were a genetic accident or something. I don't know, I'm just using my tired brain to guess. ;)

Maybe the Vong killed all the force users or people with force potential so there is no people with the force in the vong galaxy also the fact that the vong dont exist in the force.

Jedi seem a little too complex to just be a random accident ;)

if you believe in evolution, then it shouldn't be a stretch to believe the Jedi were an accident. If you don't, then God did it.
All I have to say is, anything is possible.

Sikle, what are you talking about?

Everyone knows Waru is actually Yun Yuuzhan, as will be revealed in the Unifying Force.

I think that the mideclorians are atracted by force strength, not the source of it. And also I beleave that, yeah, sure, there probably are other Force users in other galaxies, not Jedi of course, sense that is a specific group of beliefs, but force users yes.

    I can "confirm" two Jedi:

Vergere in the YV galaxy and... and...

    E.T. in our galaxy!

    DUHN-DUHN-DUUUUUHHHHNNNN! :D

Now then, Force-sensitives are a whole other story. ;)

Vergere is from the GFFA. Read Rogue Planet, thanks.

E.T. - while TECHNICALLY in our galaxy, as well as the GFFA (Damn you George), is not a Jedi. Just being in the GFFA doesn't make you a Jedi.

I know you were joking about ET, but it's not even correct. And do read Rogue Planet, it's pretty decent.

Yes and no. The first Jedi were no more than psychics who figured out there ideas and such came from someweres else. SoJedi are just psychics, impossibly good ones, bu psychics none the less.

how do we know E.T. is not a jediit has been a long time since i watched E.T. but i think he uses the force to move things around not i know some of you think he was dumb but thats cause he landed in the stupid tree when he came here

    now the question is
Are there Jedi in other Galaxies?

Vergere maybe from the GFFA. But she did go to the YV Galaxy and she is a Jedi.

the thing about E.T. is he came here in the 80's not so long ago but the luke skywalker era is a long time ago so E.T. come way after luke so he could have been trained buy ben skywalker or even bens son we will not know till way after the NJO but i think this proves the vong will lose the war

if you think about it, later on in the future, like a couple millenia from now, there coulb be Jedi among our population.

we have evolved from apes covered with hair, that oculdn't talk, or put 2-and-2 together. all they did was eat bananas and chase each other around in the rainforests and migrate (i think).

and now, like a couple million of years later, look where we are. we have computers, we are intellectual sentients (well, not all of us), we can use air transportation, road transportation, we can fly to other planets (with a heavy checkbook), we can communicate with people all over the world easily, etc.

what's to stop man from evolving into Jedi. maybe that's how the Jedi in GFFA came to be. evolution. and the same could happen to us.

unless....have you guys heard about hte asteroid that's supposed to impact with Earth in 2019 (if it doesn't melt in the atmosphere)?

Uh oh...We have to assemble a strike team that can take care of this asteroid. I suggest: Ben Affleck, Bruce Willis, Steve Buscemi, Owen Wilson...

    :p

I don't think the original question meant this. I BELIEVE they meant are there any Jedi that COME FROM other Galaxies. Vergere is back in the GFFA anyway, so you're little 'theory' is wrong. Now she's a GFFAer again.

I don't think the original question meant this.

Well I did think of that interpretation, so that's why I answered the way I did. The E.T. thing was a joke... of sorts.
