So, the countdown begins to the third movie


Who else, besides me, is dieing to see this movie? I can't wait. Austin Powers father, a Mini-Me Austin Powers, Beyonce Knowles, Britney Spears, Fat B****** are all in it. It looks good. Who else is with me

And I'm pretty sure you can say "Fat Bastard".

 

Hmmm, i am looking forward to it, but so far it seem a little too outrageous this time.

 

The critics may hate it, but I'll be saying "YEAH BABY!" all the way through it.

I'm not a Fat Bastard fan, but I'm glad to see Mini Me back, and Goldmember seems quite amusing. I'm also looking forward to seeing Michael Caine as Austin's father.

As long as Beonce (sp?) Knowles has good comic timing (which Heather Graham did not), it should be okay.

 

I'll be there...wouldnt miss it.

I wont be expecting a life-altering experience, but if there are a few good laughs, then its worthwhile.

I doubt it'll be craptastic.

I think this one looks promising, although I wish Felicity was still in it...

 

I just hope that everything just has the same goofiness as the last two movies. Is it just me or in the commercial with 'the Mole', did none of the characters have their accents?

I was sad.

 

I'd love to see it, even though it looks worse than the first two. I'm hoping it's full of clever moments like the bathroom scene in the first one

I don't know, they were testing the tensile strength of that premise with the last one. I think they're pushing it now.

I heard from many that there is no mini-Austin, it was just used for the teaser.

 

I heard that as well, in fact, I'd like it better without a mini-Austin.

I love that Scott gets Dr. Evil a shark with a frikkin laser on its head, and Dr. Evil gets choked up!

 

Does anyone know if Rob Lowe or Robert Ragner return as Number Two? I love that guy

Entertainment Weekly gives us the scoop on cameos in Goldmember: Tom Cruise, Steven Spielberg, Kevin Spacey, Danny DeVito, and Gwyneth Paltrow all filmed a scene together. In it, Spielberg is making a film about Austin, with Spacey playing Dr. Evil, DeVito as Mini Me, and Paltrow as a Bond-girl-like woman named Dixie.

Well, I had high hopes until you said Britney Speares was going to have a cameo.

 

Whatever happened with that lawsuit...the one where the makers of Austin said they weren't going to use 'Goldmember' in the title.
