Ballroom Blitz /= Rocky Horror

Why do so many people think the song Ballroom Blitz is in Rocky Horror?
I always thought it sounded similar to the music in the movie but I never confused the two.
But I wouldn't mind seeing a music video made out of this confusion.

 

Its got the same kind of dancehall story to it, but I agree...how can people think the glamrock awesome sauce of Ballroom Blitz is in the RHPS?

Just Google Rocky Horror Ballroom Blitz and there are multiple sites where people ask if the song was in the soundtrack.
