The Village has been targeted by mercenaries, Either for the resources below the village, the elimination of the Tuskens, or the bounty on the Chief this, either you are standing by the Tuskens, Armed with gaffi sticks, Cycler rifles, banthas and their wide variety of Gear, or you are a merc, here to fight the Tuskens

Kato was once a Jedi who became disillusioned with the Order when his zeal for knowledge was reprimanded. This lead him down the dark path where he studied under the Sith, and there too he found only enmity. He now neither a Jedi or Sith made his home in the one place he could be forgotten, the desert of the Dune Sea on Tatooine. He did not build a colonist farm, nor took from Sacred Wells any water.

Kato befriended Clan Krayt’s Cheiftan, when he saves him from Krayt Dragon attack. The Tuskan Chieftsn, Eid-Barr took Kato to his camp and offered him the most sacred of Tuskan possession, Water. In response, Kato pledged to protect Clan Krayt, and all Tuskans from foreigners. In response to this, the Cheiftan did something rare, he adopted Kato into the Tribe. Kato thus fights for his people.

The Krayt clan prepares a feast for a successful raid on a nearby settlement that was Hording water and are happy for a massive haul of water, although the local Imperial goverment has been alerted, and will likely dispatch a force to Reclaim the water and wipe the village, a handful of older members prepare to wake a ancient Guardian ( a large Krayt dragon sleeping in the heart of the village), the Chief looks at you and speaks " friends, we stand against a foe soon to come, be ready!!" He raises his gaffi stick and starts Giving off the Iconic Tusken Roar, in the distance a Single ship sits, a man watches the village clad in Durasteel armor, he radio IN the location of the village and prepares a tactical assessment of the village and its defenses at the moment, the man Gestures to a IG series assassin droid who sets up a Large Slugthrower rifle and loads a Single Fragmentation Cartridge aiming for the chief, The droid waits for the kill order having his sights zeroed in right on the head of the chief

Double post: A shot rings out but the round hits another tuske n who steps infrount of the chief, he looks shocksd and takes cover " Our foes are upon us @Kato Sai, can you spot the shooter." A small child' s voice calls out for their father as he is dropped by the shooter, another round flys taking out a Clansmen mounts his bantha and is taking out, the shooter starts taking shots and the tuskens start trying to return fire, then in the distance a single Fast moving object start heading towards the village, A single Hyena Bomber

 

Kato hears the recoil, the shot that was for the Chieftain, he using the Force redirects and it hits another Tuskan. Kato ignites his amber colored lightsaber and pushes the chief to low cover. “Stay put Chief!” The Former Jedi runs to the settlement battlements as Tuskans begin to return fire in sporadic fashion, unable to locate the Sniper. Kato sees a Hyena Bomber coming, and he tells his Tuskan brothers to hit the deck and seek cover.

Kato locates one of the Harpoon Canon, and runs too it as he deactivates his lightsaber. First he check the line to make sure its tether to massive bolt, then He gets behind the barrel, and takes aim with the rusted copper metal crosshair.

“Come on you bucket of bolts! Just come straight to my throat!”

Kato began to use the Force to try and steady his breathing and aim.

The Bomber climbs to its standard altitude and dives before dropping one of its 4 Proton Bombs and then starts firing a few bolts from its two light laser cannons, a weird siren style noise came from the droid as it dived, it targets anyone running for cover before attempting to climb altitude again, in the distance a obviously private army of Old, and new and mercs had been gathered, another sniper round strikes the harpoon cannon attempting to disable it, the Droid sniper becomes visable for a second a IG 88 series assassin droid, now engaging while the bomber strafes and climbs, the siren the only warning before hand, A lone tusken teen fires his slug thrower and damages the bomber but is dropped by a Round to leg, he drops and finds some nearby cover " Did i get him." He asks shakily not sure if he got the Bomber or not, the droid in question had veered off and looked to be going away for now, a 60 b1s along with 30 b2 line up in formation and start marching towards the Village firing inconsistent volley one after another, the Tuskens respond by sniping commander droids or ooms that pop their heads up, that sniper starts to fire mostly to wound or to Destroy equipment, a Single T-series Droid stands on a ridge watching this giving orders, he orders a airstrike on the heart of the Village and in the distance 3 Hyena bombers appear, one with a some damage from a slugthrower


Ooc: Hyena bomber...stuka edition, also I leave the village defense in your hands as I kinda wanna play the attackers a bit, ill only really step in if needed or if a cinematic moment comes up like the tusken damaging the Hynena

I have to check my army list, see how many bombers and droids I can use,

( I used to zeus for a arma 3 group, and made a Asset list before each op, meaning i couldn't just pull out anything,I needed to be smart with stuff)

 

Kato watched as the Bomber veered and was hit by a round of Tuskan Teen. He was not confident that was enough to take it down. The Former Jedi remained at the Harpoon, he had seen a shot from IG hit the side of the barrel. Grabbing a rifle from a fallen Sandperson, he took aim, using the Harpoon Canon like a shield.

“Where are you?”

Tuskans fired more bolts into the forming enemy lines. Some harpoons flew from they’re canons.

Kato saw the IG’s helm reflect and he fired. The bolt hitting the droid in the red singular eye. It was a masterful shot. But now Kato surveyed the damag, and the many corpses of his fallen brethern. Whoever had corridonates this attack wasn’t settlers or even likely the Hutts, it was Mercs who were well organized, funded, and armed. To this the Former Jedi realized it was a Broken Bantha Tusk moment. He made hand gestures to the lines of Tuskans to form up behind the wood and slavages metal walls and to fire from below dune cover. Kato then ran to back of the Village and leapt into a rather massive hole in the sand and rock.

After a pause, engines hummed alive and a Mantis shaped ship flew out, its armored body bronze and engines blasting orange fire. He boosted and began to fitr the Beam weapon on the forming contingents, the beam incinerating a dozen or so of them.

Now Kato looked for the Hyena and hoped to get an idea of what they were facing when suddenly a shot his the right wing and the ship alarm went critical.

“Dank Ferrik! Can’t catch a break today!”

 

That's when they come, 4 vulture vulture droids and 3 Tri-fighters, it was a ruse to draw you away thats when from above you see a snail tank and two hailfires rolling into range of the village, they begin to fire but one hailfire detonates, then the other one vanishes in a mysterious burst of sand, one by one the droids start getting picked off by something, they fire into the sand and fall back to their Ridge, where they had started to dig in for a siege, a few humanoids were Plastoid armor approach the T series and ask for a update, he updates them and they smile" a bonus if we can capture or kill that ship, also Prepare the men for a assault, i want imperial Scout troopers deployed beside BX commandos all across this ridge and want my personal assault troops ready to strike " somehow you had picked up on their comms frequency and could hear who ever organized this had Access to imperial and separatist equipment, however they looked to be lacking anything like larger Walkers or very heavy units, they had three-five AT-Sts and a bunch of separatist equipment no one was gonna miss @Kato Sai

Kato circled back and saw Ties and Vulture Droids wiz past his cockpit window, a trail of smoke flowed from the wing. Kato continued to fire the beam canon at fighters and fell to the sandy surface.

There was only one course of action left to take. Kato steered the ship back the Village, and making a turn he dug the front of the ship into a large dune causing it to crash and come full stop. The Beam canon was now next to harpoon canon. Kato angled it and prepared for the coming storm.

A storm of foes ready themselves in thr distance, but they wait, a single hailfire rolls into Firing range and starts to rain it's Armament down on the battlements, a single Hyena bomber flying low drops a incendiary bomb on the battlements, a Group of Three Snail Tanks and 4 hailfires make their way towards the village advancing though the broken lines of forces, one stops and fires a Concussion Missile into a building packed with the Sick and elderly, Then...without warning they retreat...vanishing back into the desert for a time

What do you guys think so far?

Also what era is this in PT OT ST?

 

It takes place post Battle of endor but the guy trying to get rid of this village has plenty of money and assets to throw at them, and he doesn't just blow it up on fear of waking a greater Krayt Dragon,

This is a blend of Canon and legends, so we can have a bit more fun

Also what would win inna fight a Stock fury class intercepter or a Scimitar class experimental starfighter?

 

I don't know much about the interceptor, but I'd say the scimitar cause of the cloaking device.

A BX commando Team moves quickly alongside a Single magna- guard droid with the current orders " Seek and kill the pilot of that ship. Then signal the assault troops." The Move in and the sound of a scuffle is heard, A bx cuts one tusken down and then blocks the attack of a gaffi stick with it's vibroblade, the droid kicks in the knee of the Tusken and snaps his neck with brutal efficiency, before looking around to see no one spotted, them, the droid drags the body and conceals it somewhere no one will spot it, the Droid explores the camp, coordinating with its squadmates who are pushing to the crashsite, one Droid sweeps high, another low, the rest Search for the wreck and plan to sabotage the defenses before the next attack at dawn @clone commander bossk @Kato Sai
