Best add-ins for your pancakes or waffles?

What things do you mix in your pancakes or put on your waffles? We're not talking butter and syrup, but fruits, sweets, meats, etc. Do you do a combo of things? Let us know your favorite pancake and/or waffle combo.

 

One time I put chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, M&Ms and whipped cream on my breakfast waffles - it was amazing.

Jam, cottage cheese, cinnamon or a combination of all

 

Strawberries and whip cream on pancakes. Powder sugar on waffles.

 

For Force sake. That's waffle blasphemy.

 

There is song about banana pancakes. They have been immortalized.

 

I like New England Clam Chowder on my pancakes.

 

2 well made pancakes with beautiful concentric circles(the way my mother made them on an electric griddle) 1 soft fried egg in between and some Chorizo put on top!

I'm incapable of eating either pancakes or waffles without having sausage and/or bacon with them.
