They're from the newest episode of the new Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles episode, where they torment the Turtles in their sleep through their dreams, while April O'Neil and Casey Jones are trying to get them to wake up in the real world.

Neatest thing: they're voiced by Robert Englund and John Kassir (who did the voice of the Cryptkeeper on Tales From The Crypt).

    Ooh dream beaver
I believe you can get me through the night
    Ooh dream beaver
I believe we can reach the morning light
Fly me high through the starry skies
    Maybe to an astral plane
    Cross the highways of fantasy
Help me to forget today's pain

For the last time: I didn't create this thread because of the whole "beaver as an euphemism for the female pubis" thing, but because that episode of TMNT was funny. I mean, beavers that haunt your dreams like Freddy Krueger? That's some good stuff.

It's a shame more people here aren't watching the new TMNT cartoon on Nickelodeon, it's some good stuff.

Most of us are over the age of fifteen and have outgrown Nickelodeon.

Well, it's not like I'm watching their other stuff when it isn't on. Well, I do, but only when my roommate's grandkids are over. Believe me, I wouldn't go out of my way to watch Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn on my own.

When they were over this weekend and watching that show, this kid who always get into trouble is having the stuff he has done in the past named off by their principal, and I MST'd the bit "Who sent the medical school cadavers to the alumni dinner?" during this part, cracking myself up.

He's in his early fifties, and his son, who is like 32 or 33, has three kids, the oldest being 12 or 13.

    Nothing to explain here, really.

    Um, disagree.

    Plenty to explain.

    Your room mate.

    Has.

    Grand-kids.

Danthe do you live in one of those states where families intermarry?

No, he just had kids young in life, and then his son had kids young in life.

    It's that simple.

This is getting rather personal, especially since it's about something that's none of Ender_Sai's business. If this keeps up, the mods have permission to close this topic down.

    Danthe

I live in a country where many of us have to ride horses to our neighbour's house. You have seen the documentary "Crocodile Dundee", no? Fairly accurate.

As such I have never experienced this notion of a room mate with grandkids. It is fascinating and terrifying - like stitches in your private parts. That's all.

I googled "my roommate has grandkids" and got nothing. Danthe might be the only person in the world with this affliction.
