Nash, TN Beware the Dark Side FanFilm: Casting Call

I know we already have a thread on this, but I think we need to separate this from everything else.

Below is a list of characters, both already taken and some that aren't.

EDIT: Extra info. The Henchmen, Waiters, Dark Jedi 2 and Bartenders have NO speaking roles.

What exactly would a waiter or bartender have to do?

As far as I know, the waiters and the bartender have no lines of dialogue. The servers are just passers-by and delivering drinks on the camera. When the action breaks out, they split.

The bartender will be cleaning glasses and serving drinks behind the bar. He will most likely split as well when all the action takes place.

 

The bartender, waiters, henchmen, and Dark Jedi 2 will probably have no lines of dialogue. They may have to scream a time or two, though.

 

I'd like to be a henchman, or maybe third extra from the left.

 

When are you doing this??? I could play a bartender or waiter.... let me know!!

 

I'll volunteer for a henchman gig, but I do have some swordfighting experience if you're in need for another Dark Jedi understudy or something.

 

I'm sure we could find use for a guy who can swordfight. Might not be in the first segment, but I'm sure Tracy can find a spot for you.

 

There WILL be more Jedi in later segments.

 

I would like to be a henchman or something if I could ever meet with you guys. So try to keep something open for me so when I might be able to come.

I'll let you know if I will never be able to make it to the shoots.

I can put you down as a temp for the Henchman role. But here's the deal. If all 3 Henchmen roles get filled before you can give me a definite, we will have to find another role for you. The reason we do this is so we can prepare. If we don't know whether or not you are going to make the shoot, it puts us behind.

So, again, I will put you down as a temp for the role. Keep in mind, this role has no dialogue and would require probably no more than a days shoot.

EDIT: Still waitin' on those Crime Bosses.

Just out of curiosity, do we have any idea as far as a shooting date? Or maybe a script for those with speaking roles?

 

We probably won't get started with filming until June. We'll need a couple of weeks after May 16th to get things settled and to refocus our attention.

I still have no idea as to weather I will be able to make it to be in the film. But since it will be in June I may have a car and license so I could make it on my own. I'll try to keep you updated.

BTW where would it be filmed?

 

Hopefully, some/most of it will be in front of a blue screen at MTSU (Murfreesboro). We may find a few other locations in the greater Nashville area, as well.

Murfreesboro huh? I may be able to make it to that, as long as my sis gives me a ride. She lives in Murfreesboro. But I wouldn't think the scene(s) I would be in would be there.
