Well, if you are just going for appearance, try adding blue food coloring (you can usually buy it at most grocery stores). How much coloring will depend on how much milk, if you just need a glass, put in two or three drops, stir, and keep adding little by little until you get the right color.

    Does that help?

    Blue Milk Recipe
    ----------------

    Ingredients:

    1 cup milk
    1 cup Boo Berry Cereal

    Directions:

Pour one cup Boo Berry Cereal in a bowl. Then add one cup milk on top. Stir and wait five minutes. Remove cereal from bowl (eating cereal provides best results). Pour milk in a plastic container through a sifter to remove cereal particles. Serve and enjoy!

    BANTHA MILK
Every little boy loves his blue Bantha milk! What? Your planet isn't inhabited with big hairy Banthas? Well here's an artificial solution:

*1 glass full of cow milk (per person)
    *2-3 drops of vanilla extract
    *3-4 tsp. sugar
*1-2 drops of blue food coloring

There is a blue milk syrup out there taht tastes kind of like rasberry. It makes great tasting blue milk. We used it for a kids Star Wars birthday party.

You could always try Poweraide (blue). It looks more like cool-aide, but is less likely to spoil. LOL!

For the actual company that produced the cups used by the prop department of Star Wars, visit the website below:

    http://www.plastichousewares.co.uk/storage-drinkers.html

    The product is:

    1247 008 Juice Dispenser

And the authentic drink is the same as what someone posted above:

'Blue Yogmash' (as found out on the set of ANH)
    1/2 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
    1/2 pint milk
    3-4 drops blue food coloring

    Enjoy!

And no one has mentioned this....
There is a blueberry milk by Nature's ...something. Best? I think. From New Jersery I think. It is very yummy, and blue-ish purple. (Their bannana milk is to die for, and their chocolate tastes like melted choc. ice cream)
