A couple of months ago, someone around here gave me a link to a recipe for Blue Milk, it consisted of ½ Vanilla Ice Cream ½ Milk And a drop of blue food coloring. It was kinda tasteless.
For g-Blatt- At the Lars homestead, in ANH, they drink blue milk. Also, in AOTC Beru can be seen pouring some blue milk for the guests. If you hear people talk about "blue milk" in Star Wars, thats what they mean. Mmmm, mmmm, hot or cold, blue milk is a true tatooinary delight!
Perhalps what we should be asking is , is it an animal lactation like cow or goat milk. Or a plant thing like coconut milk or soy milk. What kind of animal or plant dose it come from?

Beru poured them blue milk? It looked something like cranberry juice to me. Well, maybe not cranberry, but it was red looking. I know that when Anakin returned Padmé brought some blue milk to him in the garage.
