I know this is usually an objective thing, with BYE BYE BYE, *NSYNC had an unqualified triumph that really showed off their writing and performing skills.

If it is not THE BEST song ever, it certainly should be on every top 10 list, IMHO.

I am using a "sock puppet" in thise case, because, if in my true identity, if I was to say I liked *NSYNC a little, I would never hear the end of it.

So why don't you just pick a JCer you don't like, track 'em down, break into their house, tie 'em up in a box and leave them in a room without any electricity. While they're searching for a possible escape, you go into their room and use their log-in to access the boards and then post about N-Sync to your heart's content. Then release your enemy from the box, wipe his memory and then tease them online about how pathetic they are that they like N-Sync. That's what I'd do anyway.

The best song of all time is "I Want it That Way".

    TELL ME WHY.

Well, I don't really hate N'Sync, but there is no way that Bye Bye Bye is the best song ever written.

    Take a look:

    I'm doing this tonight
you're probably gonna start a fight
I know this can't be right
    hey baby c'mon
    I loved you endlessly
and you weren't there for me
so now it's time to leave and make it alone
I know that I can't take no more
    it ain't no lie
I wanna see you out that door
    baby bye bye bye

The lyrics at once display passion, pathos and rage. They indicate a troubled soul who is torn between the hopelessness and violence that a failed love can produce.

And look at the rhyming scheme--they manage to make "c'mon" and "alone" blend together rhythmically.

    Their writing skills?

    LOL!

They didn't write that song. And I think most people would be able to name about a hundred songs that are better then that one.

Yep, *NSync is right up there with Lennon/McCartney when it comes to song writing.

Ok, liking *NSync isn't a punishable crime, but being stupid is. You can like *NSync, just realize that their songs aren't the best ever. :p

Expand your music collection. Venture out of the pop section of your local CD retailer.

ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!?!

It's usual pop cheap receipe like all that's on the radio.

I think someone needs some culture and to listen to something else than boy bands.

It MIGHT be the best song who's title is the same word three times over, but I'm not sure.

Bye Bye Bye is far better than... Who let the Dogs out. I'll give them that much.

I completely disagree. I think the Backstreet Boys are far superior artists to N'Sync. I think their music ought to be required study in public institutions of education so it can be held up as a model for future generations. Further, I contend that the Backstreet Boys were here first and N'Sync is but a poor copy. I rest my case.

And the Monkees were a cheap rip-off of the best band EVER! The BEATLES! Yeah!

Regardless, Yellow Submarine is still Ringo's greatest moment as well as his finest achievement. ;)

Why are we arguing about who's better between The Beatles and The Monkees ? We all know that Led Zeppelin is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, The Greatest Band Ever. :D :D :D

You can sing the song "BYE-BYE-BYE" at the same time as "I've Got My Mind Set On You" and it comes out as a round. (like row-row- row your boat)
