Can someone help me identify this piece of music?

Hi,

I am trying to identify what music is playing in the film "The Karate Kid" when the main character, Daniel, is splashing about in the waves at the beach, trying to learn balance. I think it is a piece of classical music, but cannot find out what it is called for the life of me.

Any help would be most appreciated!!

Threads asking for information don't really belong here, but regardless, you've got your answer so I'll lock this now.

 

Composer Bill Conti did all of the instrumental music for the Karate Kid.

Unfortunately, Conti is a bit of a recluse and refuses to publish any of his music after the fact.

If you can find an old copy of the Karate Kid Score( as opposed to the pop soundtrack) that song should be on it.

You are looking for 'Fish and Train' right? about 2 minutes long?
