I know sometimes, especially if there are on-site food vendors, they don't let you bring in outside food. Looking at the BRIEF time slots our schedule allows for meals, I think our best bet would be to grab some fastfood to go from the Circle Center Mall and bring it back to the Convention Center to eat it. Any problems?

    Thanks!

p.s. jakejar is NOT sleeping because he's too excited! Look for a 9 year old with dark circles under his eyes!

Even though they say-"No outside food or drink in the center",they really don't enforce it that much. Last time I think we had a bottle of Coke with us,and no body bothered us about it. :)

Being someone who must watch the times I eat, and what I eat... I can tell you that I dare someone to take my protein bars and cracker packs away [face_plain] [face_frustrated]

Hmm, so maybe I better go the protein bar route? Would bringing in a McDonald's bag puch things over the limit?

We sat right in the halls eating McDonalds during C2 and no one said a word to us. I remember various groups of people in the halls eating fast food. So I doubt you should have a problem. But always keep in mind that anything that happened last time could be off this time as it is a different company running the show. But I can't see anyone really giving you any guff about it. They will have much more important things to worry about.

:) Look for a 39 year old man with the same problems for the same reason. :p

jakejar's mom, you're a great mom for all that you're doing for your son. Not just bringing him to STAR WARS CELEBRATION III, but also for being very active and concerned that he has a fun and safe time. You definitely deserve a HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY each day of the year! =D= Enjoy STAR WARS CELEBRATION III and enjoy your time here in Indiana! :)

To all those who just gave me great compliments...I blush! Hey, it's what moms do...or should do! Nothing more and nothing less. The cool thing is even though this all started out as a "jakejar" project, I've really gotten into it and have enjoyed the JCF more than I expected. There are a lot of fun, interesting people here and I look forward to meeting you...Thursday and Friday!!!

    Okay, no more OT!

    Yeah, lucky Jakejar. :D

I will either bring in outside food, or just eat my meals out at the restaurants. I really dunno what i'm doing food wise most of the time, lol.

I'm going to bring in snacks, since I'll be working a lot, I won't have time to go and run and get food, let alone and get expensive food. (My mom won't allow it. ;))

jakejar's mom, I'm glad that another mom has gotten into Star Wars because of their child. My mom (and dad) went to C2, and my mom had a lot of fun. My dad can't go this year (he has to work, but he hates lines, so it's all good. ;)), but my mom is coming along, and she is even getting into the spirit by making a costume! :)
