JCC Capybara: A Celebration

I like this capybara I found a few months back on Google Image search.

I name him 'Master Splinter'

I got the Little Fish a capybara build-a-bear and saving it for Christmas, but she hinted she wants the unicorn...

 

Tell her capybaras are better because they’re real.

 

They're real, and they're spectacular.

 

The Guatamala zoo does indeed have a capybara:



California used to have a Giant Capybara that has since gone extinct. It has arguably one of the best scientific names: Hydrochoerus hesperotiganites, the genus being "water pig" and the species "western pancake".

I want a giant guinea pig so bad.

 

If I were one of those guinea pigs, I'd worship the capybara. It seems fitting to worship the gentle giant deity.
