This happens to me just about every day. Let's say I go to the Blick store to pick up some new drawing pencils. The clerk asks me "Do you have your preferred customer card?" So I go..

"Let me see here...Debit card. Driver's license. Student ID. Blockbuster card. Iowa City Library card. Altoona Library card. O.S.C.A.R (Organization of Stanley and Currier Associated Residents) Card. Hollywood video card. Marrow donor card. Haircut coupon. Voter ID. Wal Mart Gift Card from three years ago. Organ donor card. BlueCross BlueShield Card. Checking/Saving Account wrriten on a paper bank card. Triple A card. That's Rentertainment card. Wait, that's all. Where's that Blick card? Let me look again.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    Slimy!

    1. You need a marrow donor card? I just have that heart on the back of my driver's license.
    2. Haircut coupon?
    3. You need a Voter ID? lol@Iowa
    4. Again, you need a separate organ donor card? I suppose the marrow has a different matching system (does it? I'm not sure).
    5. Er... you shouldn't be carrying your checking/savings account info written down in your wallet. Surely you've memorized it by now. Are you also carrying your Social Security Card?
    6. Three video rental cards (never heard of That's Rentertainment but I assume that's what it is)? Cut that down. Probably won't need them in a few years at most anyway.

No, I don't have this problem because I don't like stuffing a bunch of **** into my pockets.

I just have my bank card and driver's license in my wallet, and you don't need to carry your voter registration card with you, about the only place I ever go with it is to the polls and most of the time they don't ask for it as I'm already listed on the rolls.

    Seriously, dejunk your wallet.

Other than the usual Driver's license and debit card I have 2 video store rental cards. Haven't used them in years, library card, grocery store card and 7 assorted store cards from the various malls.

Bone marrow donation is something that you can do while still living. The matching is also somewhat different, given how the procedure is done. Your point, however, is still valid though - it's certainly not something you would need to carry on you, as bone marrow donation is a planned procedure once a match has been found, not something that occurs once someone has had an irreversible brain injury such as would be the case in an organ transplant. Also only slightly related, most states have online registries for people to sign up for organ donations... but a lot of the time, it ends up being family dependent -- that is, a doctor is almost never going to make you an organ donor, regardless of your status, if you're family is totally opposed to it.

Don't most places have the ability to look up your phone number if you forget your card?

    In my wallet I got:

    My Michigan state I.D. card

    My Social Security card

My Hallmark Gold Crown member I.D. card

    Health insurance cards

    My voter I.D.

Card that came with my HP printer that says what ink cartridges it takes

That's pretty much all it have. I don't have any credit cards, fortunately.

I could omit my New York Public Library Card, but it's not taking up that much space in my wallet. My driver's license, Metrocard, credit card, ATM card and few business cards are locks, though.

I actually use the periodic table more often than I use nearly all the other cards.

On the last two.... if I didn't carry the passwords, I wouldn't be able to access here at school as the passwords are incomprehensible, and the magic contains the text "You can't lose the game" which is invaluable to have around my friends.

I still use the same random serial number password I was assigned back in '01, and it's just second nature to me. You're telling me in all this time you haven't memorized your passwords?

And just how many socks do you have?

It's random and annoying and not getting memorized anytime soon since I only have to log in from school and not from home. So I've stopped posting from school, with a few exceptions, mostly if something needs to get modded.

    No additional accounts.
