Chewbacca, what a wookie

How many noticed during "Clerks" when they are discussing the construction workers on the Death Star that the song playing in the background is a song about Chewie? Funny scene....sorry, bored at work.

 

Yep, the song is called "Chewbacca", and is by the group Green Jelly.

 

figured the name of the song b4, but never knew the band was Green Jelly. cool, thanks, didn't think to learn nething by posting that.

Well I was wrong. I don't think it's by Nerf Herder I looked at all of their discographies and didn't find it. When I d/l the song of Ares it said it was by them though @_@

I know that, but like I said before when I found it on Ares it said that Nerf Herder was the band that sung it.

 

I just relized something, there are 3 Chewbacca songs. Theres the one for Clerks, the KoRn one, I Am Chewbacca, by DVDA (best song ever, by the best band ever). Weird...
