Does anyone know the circumstances of Eeth Koth?s Death> I know he was killed at Geonosis, but I can't find how. Was that information even released?

IIRC, he was MIA, not officially dead.

I believe he was on the gunship that Mace and Yoda see get fried off their starboard side. Tarados Gon was aboard as well, and Sora Bulq "supposedly" was, we all know what really happened to him...

From the Unofficial Clone Wars site:

Eeth Koth was killed on Geonosis according to the POWER OF THE JEDI SOURCEBOOK, but he nor his death are shown onscreen during the the battle. It was further confirmed in INSIDE THE WORLDS OF ATTACK OF THE CLONES that both Koth and Tarados Gon, a Klatooinian Jedi, died aboard a gunship that was shot down during TBOG. He has been replaced on the Jedi Council by fellow Zabrak, Agen Kolar.
