Clear view of the southern sky?

There's a TV commercial in the US for something called Hughes Net(Howard Hughes Strikes Back!), wireless internet or some jazz like that.

One of the things they emphasize in the commercial is that you need a "clear view of the southern sky".

What does that mean exactly?

Do you need a clear view of Uranus in order to access the internet?

Should you be able to wave to Lynyrd Skynyrd from across an open field to ensure a strong signal?

Does Daisy Duke need to be within eyesight?(Catherine Bach or the new chick, your choice)

Um... should Neil Young be within shouting distance of sugar mountain cause southern man don't need him around anyhow.

I'm not sure what that last one means but what the heck is a CLEAR VIEW OF THE SOUTHERN SKY and designates it as being "clear". What if there's a tree in the way? What if a flock of birds obstructs the southern sky? What if there are clouds or a storm in the southern sky? What is it like solar powered internet?

It has to point to the sattelit to get a signal. Which I'm guessing is towards the south.

 

You also have to store your urine in plastic bottles.

 

I can't quite explain it, but I get slightly freaked out when that chick looks straight ahead.

 

The only good thing about satellite was that after teh hurricanes, we got TV back before Cable did. except that everytime you get a nasty rainstorm you get interupteted service. That is why you get DVR.

What if you live at the south pole (like me)? Then you can't have a clear view south!

That redhead on the Hughes Net commercial is hot in a creepy kind of way.
