Clone Wars Boil and Waxer with Numa

Hi there. In a recent Google search for images of the orphaned Twi'lek Numa from TCW with clones Boil and Waxer, I came across this site featuring a set of them limited to 500 pieces that was released years ago. Has anyone ever come across this? I need this for my collection. Some of you might notice every so often I'd post the picture of them with the hashtag #NERRAMEANSBROTHER. It was easily among my favorite non-Ahoska episodes of the series.

I think your best bet at this point would be looking on eBay. I don't personally have the set. We don't allow advertising here but our sister site Rebelscum does. They have a WTB forum for users located in North America as well as a Sideshow Classified forum. You have to register to post but it's free.

 

I didn't mean to advertise; just to show the picture. I've checked for the set on eBay and it looks like they're going upwards of $700. Looks like I won't be getting them anytime soon after all.

 

Yeah, I found a couple on eBay Canada but unless you have deep pockets they are probably out of your price range.

Oh ok. I'm surprised my local comic store doesn't have that set. They have quite a handful of SW statues on that scale (and price range, mind you). If I'd seen it there, it'd at least piqued my curiosity lol.

 

Since the set was a limited edition it probably sold out pretty quick.

 

Possibly. Jeez I'd even pay a good chunk of change for that Numa statue/doll alone.

 

I don't think there has been a Numa figure released on it's own. A quick Google search just brought up references to the character or the Sideshow set.

 

Yeah I know. Not that Waxer/Boil would be popular on their own, but if someone did get the bright idea of separating the set to sell them individually at a lower cost that would be something I'd look into.

 

If it was an unlimited edition I think you might have more luck. However, it being limited to 500 means people could get more for the complete set if they want to sell it.
