He doesn't look human. That isn't a new character from Rebels is it?

I think he could be some sort of rogue type that works for the guys that want Han dead, basically the freighter guys.

If I had to guess from the pictures you've posted; I'd say Robert Downey Jr. as Kirk Lazarus as Sergeant Osiris as Constable Zuvio.

 

Yeah I'm thinking it's either Miltos Yerolemou or Pip Andersen.

Though with Miltos I think he said he was playing an alien. Also they've made it obvious with the toy that this Zuvio is shorter than the rest of the characters. Miltos is only 5'3." Plus his name is Zuvio and it could be a not to Syrio.

With Andersen, since we know he went to the imaginarium, they could always shrink his character down easily enough. He also has a bit of a Boba Fett color scheme which might suggest a bounty hunter more than a legit constable. While Andersen for sure filmed at puzzlewood, this could be a character that tracks the heroes.

 

I'm thinking he might be the person that Finn gets into a fight with at the Cantina at the Salvage Station, or perhaps the person Rey gets into a fight with at Maz's pub?

 

If he's just a legit Constable, then that's a pretty weird weapon for a law-enforcement officer to carry. A standard issue blaster would seem more appropriate. Perhaps 'Constable' is a moniker he gave himself in a fit of self-aggrandisement and he's a far shadier character who 'enforces' stuff in his own distinctive way.

 

I reckon he's like the local law enforcement on either Jakku, the freighter or Maz's castle. I can see him being one of the Raid guys on the freighter - with the Red armoured Freighter police as his back-up maybe.

He's definitely a lawman, and an alien....I don't want to say how I know this, but the back of the card has this description and hopefully that guy will put up a clearer picture of it today. I think that the colour scheme of his costume is deliberately evocative of Boba Fett, and I wonder if this character is partly inspired by the old Jaster Mereel Journeyman Protector idea?

 

Cool, thanks for that; and that would narrow down where he fits into the movie. Is that a Jakku type environment suggested in the background do you think? Or perhaps he's on the freighter? Somewhere else entirely?

 

That edged weapon is definitely something I can see one of the Raid guys twirling around and I can totally see local law enforcement stepping in to stop trouble going down when a smuggling deal goes south.

Yes, definitely. With the 'lawman' thing, I'd assumed that he was a good guy, but now I think he's an antagonist. I can see him giving the heroes some trouble!

 

Maybe he's a corrupt lawman.

 

Maybe he's one of the villagers that gets killed by a Flametrooper while Finn escapes.

Since the cardbacks are all painted, rather than photographs, it's kinda hard to tell if he is from TFA after all. Could be a Rebels S2 character...
I hate the new Luke Bespin cardback, his face looks nowhere like Luke at that time. Other than that I think that the current action figures are qualitywise a step back and I don't just mean the less points of articulation, but rather the overall quality. First of all, there are scale discrepancies, the Rebels Luke X-wing for example is tiiiiiiiiny. The faces and hair colors are also less accurate as they were before. From what I have seen from the TFA figures, this trend sadly seems to continue, Poe doesn't have a removeable helmet, Zuvio has a very simple paintjob. On the pic his clothes seem dirty and fringed, while on the fig they are pristine monochrome... Maybe they had to dial down the accuracy on the 3.75 figs to promote their super-detailed 6" series...
