you know, if it was made right?
i think the hardest part would be to get them to eat the peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

If it was a specially made peanut butter and jelly sandwich with little cloves of garlic in it, then sure.

If it were a crucifix-shaped peanut butter and jelly sandwich they'd at least think twice about getting too close.

If you looked through 'Vampires Today Magazine', read the article about those unfortunate Vampires who are badly allergic to peanut butter and 'jelly', contacted those vampires, put them all through an intensive intelligence test, and offered the stupidest ones the sandwich claiming it's not what it looks like... then yes, you could kill a Vampire with a peanut butter and 'jelly' sandwich.

I don't know about any vampires, but that would kill me.

I think the sandwich would be more of a lure. If you could get them to eat the sandwich, make sure you put a LOT of peanut butter on it, and use some really dry/thick bread. By the time they finished it, they'd be so thirsty you could slip them a glass of holy water to wash it down.

Of course, see, you feed him the peanut butter & jelly sandwich and his mouth gets so sticky that he can't open it to bite you. That's when you strike!

    Nah. It's easy.

You: Hello, unholy bloodsucker. Would you like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?
Unholy bloodsucker: Creamy or crunchy peanut butter?
    You: Um, I don't know. But it's low-carb!
Unholy bloodsucker: That's very thoughtful of you. I am watching my weight. But what kind of jelly is that? Strawberry?
You: Uh, no. It's... ah, blood jelly. Yeah, that's the ticket!
Unholy bloodsucker: Hmm. Then what are those chunky bits?
    You: Erm... Clots?
Unholy bloodsucker: Haha! Of course. In that case, I would love a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. *munch, munch, munch*
    You: *maniacal laughter*
Unholy bloodsucker: *dies... from a long forgotten peanut allergy or something*

    How to kill a vampire:

    1) Beheading
    2) Pointy wooden object through the heart; traditionally a stake
    3) Sunlight
    4) Bath or shower of holy water; or, I like to say, a nice beverage of "Holy-orade"
    5) Tie them to a cross
    6) Throw them in a tub of garlic and seal them in somehow

    Just some ideas.

But, no peanut butter and jelly. It can be used as a trap though; instead of jelly, peanut butter and blood, and then you can lure them to your secret Vampire Killing Lair and dispose of them how you wish.
