Creating Fantasy Lightsabers using Photoshop

    ALl you need are stock photos of Chrome and/or alluminum pipes...hydraulics and even parts form existing lightsabers.

    ALl you need is to cut the necessary pieces - in shapes you like - based on you concept, put them together like a collages to form the hilt.

    For the blade, draw a rounded corner box using the vector shape. Rasterize the layer - blur a bit. Apply outer glow from layer effects - and there you have it - your own light saber!

    I plan to create step by step page ..will annouce when done :)
