Speculation Crossover with Indiana Jones

I've heard some rumors about the next Indiana Jones film due for release in 2019 will have a so called "Star Wars connection". Could it be a crashed Millenium Falcon on the surface of the Earth that Indiana Jones stumbles across? Indy 4 established that aliens exist in the Indiana Jones-universe, so it's possible that some ship from the Star Wars galaxy got unlucky and ejected from it.... only to fall into our Milky Way galaxy and crashing into the Earth after possibly travelling for millions of years.

Question is of course, if this rumor about Indiana Jones 5 is true, then is it possible that a future Star Wars film would include this connection to Indiana Jones as well? Maybe they will show us how this ship (maybe not the Falcon, maybe an X-wing or TIE-fighter) got ejected in the first place.

Personally, I think it's a silly idea and I object any kind of crossovers in the SW universe.

 

EDIT: I just realized the so called "Star Wars Connection" was nothing but an April Fools prank...

 

The fact you believed something like that let alone post it on here raises serious questions about your mental state !!!!

 

This was a joke, but I don't see why Indiana Jones can't reference the Star Wars films within an Indiana Jones movie. After all, it's Earth, and people watch Star Wars on Earth.

 

Indiana Jones was just the dreams of Han Solo when he was in carbonite. Thought we canonized this already.

Of course this new movie could be set in 1976, as Indy searches for the Missing Religious Thingie in the Tunisian desert.

 

Nah. Never seen Indiana Jones and never plan to. Doesn't interest me. What I love about SW is how it's it's own galaxy without any of our galaxy in it. Let it stay disconnected from any of our world stuff.
