I can understand smoking it, but how do you drink it?

 

How does one drink and smoke red meat? Teach me your ways, oh wise one!

Today, I allow myself to experience all of life. I accept whatever life brings and know it is all a learning experience.



Seafood and chocolate pudding is a bad combination

 

My affirmation for today: to finish all the peanuts I pour into the cereal bowl during the Lakers game.

My affirmation is to eat all the Jello pudding pops in my freezer before the end of the Lakers game.

 

Today my affirmation was to relax and enjoy sofball.
I went 0-1 with a fielder's choice, walk, run scored and a throwing error from third in which I injured my shoulder.

I just simplified it to, "Today I am more than I was yesterday. Tomorrow I will be more than today." Which translates to "Today, the capacity for feeling good is bigger than it was yesterday. Tomorrow, the capacity will be bigger than today." Which also translates to "Today, I can feel better than I felt yesterday. Tomorrow, I can feel better than I did today."

And then anything that resonates in particular is just another delicious detail of life. I like having different focuses on different days. Different intents for different mini segments of life.


Okay, now I'm really getting back to work!

 

I affirm that today, the 21st of April, 2010, the day in which I return to work after an 8 day vacation, to be extra grouchy to my co-workers.
