I recently finished reading Dante's Inferno and found it to be quite a read and very thought provoking, since i dont know where else to write this i'll do it in here, which star wars villians would be located in the various circles and levels of Hell? I think Jabba the Hutt would be with the gluttons or the wrathfull, Palpatine obviously would replace Judas Iscariot in Lucifers mouth as the prominent traitor in the entire star wars galaxy,General Grievious would certantly be with the wrathfull as well, Nute Gungray would be trapped with Greedy, Darth Plagueis would be located with the wizards and seers.

Just a few people right off the bat,the list can include either EU or movie characters, this is mainly for anyone that has ever read Inferno by Dante Aligheri, book one of the Divine Comedy, followed by Purgatory and Paradise, if you have not read them at all then i'd strongly recomend doing so, you'll love it,very few hate Dante's Divine Comedy.

Lando and Anakin Skywalker would be in the 9th circle.

I suggest you pick up the SW Novel Traitor. You'll find some interesting things in that book related to your topic.

You really think so? Considering that Anakin's actions brought about the downfall of the Jedi Order, I'd say he'd be right down with Sidious. I would even go so far as to say that he would replace Brutus in the mouth of Satan since he turned on both Obi-wan and Padme.

Brutus repented too. Anakin would never see Dante's paradise. He wouldn't even make purgatory. No place but hell for Anakin.

Right. Ninth Circle. Satan's mouth. Rubbing shoulders with Judas, Brutus and Cassius.

Anakin...Yeah...unlike Brutus he did something good afterwards...AKA kill the Emperor (that also equals Atonement). Vader also appered as a force ghost...something only good characters could do. As Darth Vader himself said when Luke said I want to save you "You already have Luke"

I wonder which circles Jabba the Hutt and Mas Amedda would belong in?maybe put Amedda in with the panderers and Jabba in with the greedy.

I have read portions of the Gospel of Judas and while i now belive that Judas Iscariot was obeying Jesus Christ by betraying him i will say that he still accepted a bribe for his action and that is bad, like Simony, and then he still committed suicide anyway out of guilt, mayb eit was because he had become so close to Jesus that betraying him and taking money for it hurt him and suicide is a mortal sin too, Judas is one of those shady characters.

I hope Watto is somewhere in hell though, he had slaves and was a sleazy bastard.
