Why that was told in IV episode? He didn't killed any from Council except MAYBE Shaak Ti and Sweitt Conkorkill. Killing the younglings dont make you 1st jedi or sith in galaxy. I think if he didnt take Mace from back but they'll fight 1vs1 ready and steady Mace would win.And I don't think he would defeat any others jedi from council except Shaak,Sweitt,Kit,Agen or Stass. And Ben told than he killed all jedi...False? Lie? Anything else?

The actual dialogue in Episode 4 sais that he "helped" the Empire hunt down the Jedi. But I kinda have to agree with ya since Episode 4 implies that Vader really had a bigger hand in it. But technically the film doesn't lie at all.

Didn't that hologram show him killing more than just younglings?

Ben never said Vader killed all the Jedi. He says "He helped the Empire hunt down and destroy the Jedi Knights." Seems to me that some of that happened in ROTS. He killed more than just younglings. We see him killing a Jedi Master briefly in the hologram recording that Obi-Wan sees. Also, he may well have hunted down Jedi who did not return to Coruscant AFTER the events of ROTS.

Keeping an open mind and thinking about the facts can help you understand, rather than jumping straight to the "lie" or "plothole" conclusion.

There's 19 years between ROTS and ANH...

Just because we don't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

He hunted down the Jedi in time between ROTS and ANH.I dont know why so much people think that the entire jedi purge was situated in ROTS.There were still many Jedi in the galaxy. Not every Jedi was leading clone armies. Is so hard to figure it out?

Yoda said that the dead Jedi had lightsaber burns, correct? I assumed (forgive me) that he DID kill the Jedi in the temple, the hologram serves to show this. The only reason that the Younglings were actually "shown" being killed (which actually wasn't shown onscreen) is because they needed a complete transformation to evil and it was more dramatic.

    What happens offscreen still happens.

Yes, but those jedi you refer to are YOUNGLINGS. "This padawan, by a lightsaber he was."

And Ive watched the hologram a number of times hoping that what he was killing there wasnt just younglings but jedi of some experience, but no, they are indeed just padawans. Not kids, but young teenagers. Obi-Wan confirms this when he tells Padme that he has "seen a security hologram of him...killing younglings." Padme later repeats this. Sorry, the security hologram Obi-Wan sees of Anakin fighting is of him fighting only younglings.

But, remember that "distress" call? Calling all jedi to return to Coruscant? That the war was over? This was a trap, obviously, and Obi-Wan and Yoda went BACK TO Coruscant specifically to spare any remaining jedi in the galaxy from falling into the trap. There ARE some surviving jedi in the galaxy for Vader to "help the Empire hunt down and destroy."

One of the people Anakin kills in the hologram is Cin Drallig played by Nick Gillard (notice Cin Drallig is his name backwards), the fight choreographer. He's a Jedi Master, not a padawan (he had long hair, not a padawan braid).

And I thought he killed Shaak Ti too, but I can't seem to remember why I'm thinking that... anyone fill me in?
