A work colleague has been lending me Denzel Washington films because he reckons he is a great actor. I know I had seen Fallen before, but for the rest I either had seen some or nothing at all.

So far I have seen -

    Crimson Tide (1995)
    Fallen (1998)
    The Siege (1998)
    Training Day (2001)
    Out of Time (2003)
    Man on Fire (2004)
    The Manchurian Candidate (2004)

There are plenty more I know of and want to watch -

    The Bone Collector (1999)
    Philadelphia (1993)
    Malcolm X (1992)
    Glory (1989)

And then there are loads of unrecognisable films that I may get to see.
    Check here - http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000243/
He has done over 40 films!

And born a New Yorker too!

I have to say, of all the films above I have now watched, I have to agree with my work colleague - what a fecking great actor! "The Siege" is interesting in light of 7/11 and London, "Out of Time" is just funny to see a man poop his pants all the way thru a movie - Denzel can do "horrified and extrememly worried" very well lol, "Man on Fire" is a great revenge movie (some of the things he does ... wow lol), I always liked "Fallen", I enjoyed "Crimson Tide" at weekend, and "Training Day" has to be one of the best movies that Denzel has done so far - he owned that role.
I recommend all the films above that I have seen.

So what do you think of Denzel?
