Saga Desiderio Obscura (Dark Desire) --- (ROTS-AU) [Dark Padme/Anakin Vader]

Timeline: Alternate Universe (AU) Prequel Trilogy. Anakin and Padmé are the same age, born in 46 BBY. New timeline is an AU, though will retain basic structure of galactic events (kidnappings, Empire declared, Clone Wars, etc.).

The relationship of Palpatine and Padmé's mother is that they are brother and sister. So he's Padmé's Uncle.

Also, in this story Anakin and Padmé get cozy with each other a year after the Clone Wars. So, whatever history they've had in the canon (Episodes I and II) does not exist.

Pairings: Anakin/Padmé & Obi-Wan/Sabé. Also, Anakin and Padmé's dark alter egos Darth Vader and Darth Inferna (which means "fire", you'll see why in later chapters) But, Vader/Inferna won't be happening until later chapters.

Rating: Definitely will be rated "M", but for the time being will be "T" until further notice. There will be Dark Themes, such as violence, language, sexual situations ? nothing disgustingly graphic, but certainly tasteful ? and possibly fluffiness (but only limited, cause honestly who isn't tired of the same-old-same-old cliques that we always get.)

?Since, The Jedi Council Forums does not accept explicitness in their stories. So, those parts will be cut out and if you would like to read the chapters without the censors than head on over to FanFiction.net for the whole thing. Now the story doesn?t revolve around the explicit scenes but they are there to get a (some-what) sense of a character?s perception on things.?

Where the Idea For the Story Come from?: Basically, I was bored and after watching many wonderful Star Wars fanvids on the Anakin/Padmé pairing that centered around obsession, lust, darkness I thought, wouldn't a story with our favorite couple like that be awesome? And then with all of the fanvids centering on Anakin's turn to the Dark Side in Episode III, I thought, hey what if Padmé was the one to turn to the Dark Side first from the very beginning and lure Anakin to it later on? Perfect!

Chapter I: Principium De Basium, Totum Descendit ("Beginning with a Kiss, It All Goes Down")

Theed Royal Palace, A Year After The Clone Wars

The Palace Plaza and its grand open venue were clamored with happy, cheerful guests sipping all types of expensive wine. It had been a year since the end of the Clone Wars and with all the planets that were affected by it returning to normal, Queen Jamillia of Naboo sponsored a festival to celebrate the end of the war and current peace. This was backed by Senator Padmé Amidala and Supreme Chancellor Palpatine.

The queen sent out many invitations, to those who had helped to end the war. The Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker were among those. Even Skywalker's Padawan Ahsoka Tano came to the celebration.

However, there was another reason as to why the celebration was so important.

Inside one of the guest rooms of the Royal Palace, was Padmé Amidala standing in the middle preparing herself along with her personal handmaiden and close friend Sabé. The handmaiden was zipping up the back of Padmé's black leather corset. The senator looked at herself in the large full length mirror and smiled to herself.

"Thinking of someone?" Sabé asked tying the senator's long chocolate hair into a single braid that rolled down her back.

"Me? I'm afraid you've confused yourself with some other woman Sabé; you know I have no time to be with someone. Much less think about them." Padmé said to the handmaiden whom only crossed her arms in front of her chest.

"Are you sure about that?" she asked giving the senator a measure look.

"Of course I am. I'm an extremely busy woman." Padmé said, turning around and facing the blonde. "You on the other hand missy, I'm not so sure."

"I have no idea as to what you speak of Milady," Sabé said quickly and almost defensively, but she caught it dead on.

"Says, the handmaiden who has taken a rather serious fancy towards a mister Obi-Wan Kenobi."

"Milady! He is 9 years my senior!"

"Oh, hush now. You and I both know your per chant for older men," Padmé said with a sly smile, and the handmaiden couldn't help but stifle a giggle.

Soon, there was a knock at their door and Padmé told them to come in. In came Chancellor Palpatine wearing a regal violet red and burgundy robe. His white receding hair was combed back giving full view of his blue eyes.

"Ah, Padmé. Sabé. You both look beautiful, I'm sure the minute you walk two down those stairs you'll have many suitors lining up one right after the other." He said with a smile.

"I already know one man, whom she'd love to be her suitor," the young brunette smiled with an impish smirk.

"Milady," Sabé playfully warned.

"Sabé, may I have a word with Padmé privately?" Palpatine said, and with that the handmaiden nodded and left the room closing the door behind her.

He waited a few, until he looked at the senator sternly. "You remember as to why we convinced Queen Jamillia to have this celebration."

"Yes?bring Anakin Skywalker to the Dark Side?how could I forget?" Padmé asked sitting on the bed.

"Glad to know, you know what your priorities are. I've began to befriend him, but friendship can only go so far."

"However, thankfully we have an insider that can go farther than what friendship could ever lead." She said with a smirk. "Me."

"And with there being no surveillance cameras anywhere in the palace, obviously as a courtesy of the queen?we won't have anything to worry about." She said, before getting up from the bed and passing the older man to the door.

"Eager aren't we?" He asked with a brow raised.

"Uncle, I've done this before?remember Count Dooku, I brought him to his demise in no less than ten minutes. The only difference now is that we're dealing with the 'Chosen One'. Someone who we actually want alive." The senator said walking down the empty hallway with her uncle beside her.

He chuckled. "Soon, my dear niece. You will surpass me?until then you have much to learn."

Interesting how you've woven Ahsoka into this. And Padmé has Jedi fans? How ironic.

This story has a lot of potential. I'm curious to see what happens next.

Interesting, Padme and Palpatine........Why do I get the feeling that Anakin's get creamed? He'll never know what hit him with the way that things are going, she's actually playing hard-to-get with him. And why do Padme's attire remind of the Black Swan? But the implied seduction of Count Dooku by Padme makes me feel slightly sick at heart, wonder what Anakin/Vader would do when he finds out about that.

 

A delightfully different version of Padme. I really like that she is related to Palpatine. Well done!
