I guess that's what you call an "Unhappy Meal." ;)

Seriously, though, Dex's obit sounds like fan-creation.

It's been removed now, so for those who missed it:

Despite his penchant for adventure, Dexter met an untimely fate. As the Clone Wars ravaged even Coruscant, business at Dex's diner dwindled to a fraction of what it had been during more peaceful times. Trying to keep his little establishment from going under, Dexter decided to try a delivery service. On the fateful day that Anakin Skywalker turned to the Dark side of the Force and massacred all of the Jedi in the Jedi Temple, Dexter was delivering a case of Bantha burgers to the younglings who were on break waiting for Master Yoda to return to teach them. He was unceremoneously shot in the back by a clone trooper who mistook him for a four-armed Jedi from Tellas IV. Though not shown on-screen, Obi-Wan Kenobi found the body of his friend when he and Yoda returned to the Temple. He vowed revenge on whoever committed such a heinous act.

It's a fan creation - nothing about it is on the official site. Good premise for a one-shot fanfiction for those who are that way inclined, though.

Yeah, that's total rubbish. Dex was still alive and very active in Last of the Jedi #3.

Yeah. Obi-Wan 'swearing revenge' should've tipped anyone off.

It's total rubbish, but made me chuckle when I read it anyway. Just the thought of everyones favorite Jedi drinking buddy swearing revenge for THAT, not the death of the rest of his friends.

Actually, the Wookieepedia didn't have that false information; the link was to the regular Wikipedia.

Dex's diner was bought out by TaggeCo and turned into another Biscuit Baron. Jettster spent all the money drowning his sorrows in lum and was picked up by authorities for "disturbing the peace" in Uscru. He spent a couple years in prison being loved by a big Selonian named Bubba.

He was last spotted in Invisec, partaking in obscene activities to support his spice habit.

    It's a tragic story, really.

Quoted for Truthness, usually used on forums with unlimited edit time. For example, you post

Sadows panties, Dark Rendezvous was a good book! Full of fresh Denning smell, you'll Traviss a feebwiz to get something like this from the slushpile!

I quote it using the quote feature and then if you want to go back and edit it, i've still got the "hard copy" of the quote. Stops you from changing tack haflway through a discussion, or sabtoging other peoples arguments by changing your own.

Well, it's more commonly used just to say "I agree with this".
