Did more than one actor portray Anakin in the OT

This may sound like a foolish question, but I was wondering if more than one actor played unmasked Anakin in the Return of the Jedi.

I know that Sebastian Shaw was credited, but my parents argue that he was played by a famous old actor called Ray Milland(not sure if the spelling is correct).

Could someone confirm whether there is any credence to this argument.

Perhaps the ghost and the unmasked Vader were two different actors.

Oh, was Sebastian Shaw famous in any regard?

The ghost and unmasked Vader were played by the same guy, Sebastian Shaw.

Nobody else but Shaw played the older Anakin Skywalker in ROTJ.

 

I don't know what he might have been famous for; perhaps his stage work in London. He only did a few things after ROTJ, but seems to have been most active in the 30s and 40s.

He died on December 23, 1994. (Just realized that's my birthday, the 23rd.)

Can i get a list of everybody involved with Darth Vader, only when he is on screen, or heard on screen. I dont care about who designed it, i want to know was on camera while performing darth vader in the OT

 

Jake Lloyd = 9 year old Anakin.
Hayden Christiansen = 20 something Anakin.
James Earl Jones = Voice of Darth Vader
David Prowse = Performed as Darth Vader in the suit.
Bob Anderson = Did the duels for ESB and ROTJ.
Sebastian Shaw = Older Anakin after Luke removes Vader's Helmet in ROTJ.

 

Seb Shaw did look a bit like Ray Milland in ROTJ, however it is Seb Shaw because Ray Milland quite clearly has ears.....

 

For what it's worth, Prowse also 'played' the 'unmasked' Vader we see for like two seconds in ESB.

 

And, for the extra ultra-geek trivia point...the Special Edition ESB added scene, where Vader lands his shuttle and disembarks, has some random ILMer filling Vader's suit.
