Do baseball players wear makeup?

I've always wondered this. Do baseball players, before game, use something to make their faces zitless? Because you never see any baseball players on TV have zits or acne.

Perhaps, but I guarantee that basketball players wear heels. After all, how the hell else can a 6'2" guy suddenly become 6'5"? The media guide always lists the players bigger than they are for some reason.
