Do you Like Anakin Skywalker? Why?:D

I looove anakin Skywalker!!! i think that overall Anakin is the best portrayed character including Obi-wan kenobi

Well, we haven't had an Anakin Skywalker Fan Club since the old All for Anakin Skywalker!!! one awhile ago, so...why not?

I am a huge fan of Anakin Skywalker. His character is an interesting one, and overall he basically kicks butt. Born of the Force, he's the Chosen One.

 

Anakin whines way too much, I'm glad that Darth Vader betrays and murders him.

I like Anakin, especially Sith Anakin before thes suit.

I like how the character has evolved sine TPM into who we all know and love.Is he a great character Pre Vader? No,but he is entertaining

 

I don't like him in epII too much, he's shown quite unthought, impulsive..... as if he was a victim of his own feelings which wasn't the general idea I had of Anakin Skywalker before seeing the prequels. I would've liked a little more subtlty, maybe... if posible =/

His character is well developed in all the episodes,w hich is probualy why i like him. George did a good job to showing us Anakin pre Vader.

 

Episode 1: Don't even get me started

Episode 2: Whiny arrogant little punk



Episode 4: The baddest bad*** there ever was

Episode 5: Even more of a bad*** than before

Episode 6: Comes back to his senses and loses his bad*** status.

I like him when he is Darth Vader.

 

I enjoy the character of Anakin Skywalker; he is complicated. Many say "he's moody" and such, but I believe he is unbalanced due to a damged psyche. He would be any psychologist's dream case.
Personally, I believe Anakin Skywalker is the Jedi that a person from modern Earth would be; allowing their emotions to sway their decisions.
Skywalker is more human, more believable, to me than Obi-Wan Kenobi. That being said, his constant whining about how powerful he is does get on my nerves, especially since Count Dooku slapped him down.

 

I like Obi-Wan because he's so cold. Anakin is more like a real person, and I don't like real people.

 

Why do people call Anakin whiney? Well he was, but Luke was just as bad in ANH when it comes to whining.

I like Anakins character.

 

I like his character in every episode. How else do you expect a 10 year old slave to act?

 

I love Anakin...It's sad that we all know his fate because I don't want him to go to the dark side!

I can't really remember who said this to me once on the boards here, I believe it was AnakinsLuv or QuiDawn, but I'll paste it here anyways:

Anakin is the essential character of Star Wars--the most complex, the most misunderstood, the one who can (or should) make you question what you would do in certain situations, the one who can (or should) make you understand why people "turn to the Dark Side" or "take the quicker, easier path."

 

Sounds exactly like the crazy pro-Anakin rhetoric of one Qui-Dawn...

 

Anakin is a great tragic hero. It's like Frodo in Lord of the Rings in that he struggles with inner conflict and tries (in the earlier films) to be a good person and resist temptation. The only difference is that we know Anakin's fate....=)

 

I really like Anakin....not a big Luke fan however
