Does Revenge of the Sith look better on DVD in widescreen or fullscreen?

Just wondering since I still have the fullscreen DVD that I got for christmas from one of my siblings. The DVD is sticking out like a sore thumb since my other Star Wars movies are in widescreen.

I was wondering if you can see any other background characters in widescreen and other stuff going on at the sides?

 

I'm sure there is but I doubt there's anything major. I've seen both and I don't remember anything that caught my attention.

I think it looks best on a dark screen.



Seriously, though....foolscreen?

 

Never see movies in anything but their intended format. Never.

It's like looking at 55 percent of a painting. Or stopping a song halfway through.

Revenge of the Sith needs its widescreen. Absatively.

The only prequel film I watched on fullscreen was TPM due to it being released on VHS. the pans and scans were jarring. Extremely so.

 

I'd say that any film looks better in widescreen because you are actually seeing the whole film.
