Dooku's original lightsaber color

do you imagine it to be green bladed or blue I'd technically say green because his master and his apprentice both had green. Although blue is much better for his personality.

 

How about him having a Flamesaber?

 

I would have to say Blue.

 

Blue would fit his character perfectly. But imagine a Blue & Blue vs. Blue duel at the end of AOTC. Too much redudancy of blue IMO. Even though I like the color.

Who knows? Lucas might picture Dooku with a yellow blade

Lucas is blind to all sabre caolors except blue, green, red, and purple.

Anyways...Jango Fett: Open Seasons depicts him as having a blue sabre prior to his turn.

 

blue. it fits his nature more than a green lightsaber. and i can imagine it better than green.

 

I always pictured him with a green lightsaber, though I can see how a blue one might fit him as well. His action figure came with a red saber, as well as a green one for no apparent reason. I like to think it's his Jedi saber.

A part of the duel was cut when Dooku used two sabers and one of the props had a green blade. I think it is briefly seen in one of the featurettes on the DVD.

 

Well, his lightsaber as a padawan was green, but since you mentioned the Open Seasons comic, I guess it's both.

Well, there's an icon here on TF.N that shows him using one, and he also has a green saber on the cover of Legacy of the Jedi #1.

 

Plus there's an icon with Padawan Dooku holding a green saber (from a comic by the looks of it and possibly in his twenties) in the Icon section. And in Jango Fett: Open Seasons, it does depict him with a blue one but when they show the 'cover' for the Winter chapter it shows him with a green one. *shrugs* Maybe they're confused...
