Downloadable Cell phone rings and games

Hi guys,
Just bought a new cell phone. Where can you go to DL other rings, games and backgrounds etc? I want to get the Imperial march ring when I get it. thx

I have the Muppet Show theme on mine. I think my sisters have Weezer and Blur, but I'd have to double check.

Also have a bad rendition of the Cantina music on mine, too, but I don't use that so often.

 

Ok, so how and where did you guys get these?

 

It depends on the type and model of phone you have...along with the service plan you're using. There are individual sites (at the time I was looking, seemed most were Europe-based), sites run by the cellphone makers, and sites run by the service providers. I think I got the Muppet Show from a service provider's site.

 

If your phone has the game Bantumi on it, you don't need to download any more...

You will fear the bean and the floaty hand which moves them.

 

Mine comes with a program on it that uses airtime to browse games and ringtones then download them onto your phone, pretty sweet.

 

It depends, does your phone use Monophonic Ringtones or Polyphonic Ringtones? If it is Monophonic and you have a feature in your phone called 'composer' or something like that, go to Mr Tones, select the brand of your phone and search for a ringtone

 

are the free on mr tones, I dont want to pay really.

 

What make and model is it?

 

Its a nokia 3595.

Nothing to special, but will do just fine for me.

 

Is there no free sites to DL rings and wallpaper? I dont feel like subscribing to any of the sites and paying for a phone ring.

You can find a lot of free sites you just might have to search for awhile. I have a kyocera 2525 or something and it took me forever to find free ring tones.

Like malkie said, google will be your freind in this search. Try the model # + free + ringtones. If that doesn't work finegal with it for awhile and try diffrent/similar words. You'll find some sooner or later.

Did you get a computer connector for your phone? Other wise all of your searches are probably in vain since I've never seen a free site that does over the air transfers.

BTW: is that the new Nokia from Verizon? I've been thinking about trading mine in for that one since mine is a peice of ***** and I've always liked Nokia and this is the first one they've offered in years. How do you like it so far other than the ring tone/background things?

 

Well you cant download without paying, I find composing more convinient anyway.

 

I just checked to see if i have composer on my Nokia 3595, and its not there. Anyother totally free sites to DL wallpaper and rings.
