If I was this girl's parents,I'd smack some sense into her,not just for the drinking,but for wandering around in a state that would've made her vulnerable to certain kinds of men who'd take advantage of a drunken underage girl in her underwear. She should be glad she was found by people who only had her best interests in mind.

My neighbors had one of their roommates pass out somewhere along a main road in tally and some guys found her and returned her to the apt. i only know this bc i heard them banging on the door at 3 am in the morning.
