Today I discovered that the Tiki Room chorus is "All the birds sing words and the flowers croon." CROON? This whole time I thought it was BLOOM. Why is it not bloom?? That rhymes better with "room" anyway!! I have been singing this song for years and saying BLOOM. I even did a dance routine to this song when I was four years old (FOUR YEARS OLD, I say) and have been singing it as "bloom"! WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?
Why would you need to make a point of noting that flowers bloom? Isn't that like noting that the sun rising in the morning, or that water runs downhill?
Clearly not enough to croon with the flowers. [image=http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-IJyFTGGQPuo/TafwYKe20mI/AAAAAAAAAN8/8PqOA8N7fKc/s1600/Movie_alice_in_wonderland_flowers.png]
Flowers do not always bloom, and it is certainly obvious enough that the birds are singing words. EDIT: Jello, I've only ever been there twice in a day!
i think jabba's point was that it's much more unique to the enchanted tiki room that flowers croon than it is that they bloom. i think i agree with him on this issue.
You're not allowed to have every part of your song rhyme except for one because I said so. Might as well change it to "where the birds sing words and gardeners prune" or some such nonsense.
