EU Lightsaber Colors- A Question And Answeer Session

I was reading Conquest and began thinking abo ghtsaber color for some reason. It occured to me that I was curious as to what color certain people's lightsaber colos were, and was wondering if the fine people here in the forum could help me out. My goal is to compile a definitive list of all the known character's lightsaber colors in the EU. I will check back from time to time and compile everyone's insights. Your help and knowledge is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'll get us started with some easy ones I can remember:

Mara Jade- Purple
Kyp Durron- Purple

There are plenty of other Jedi too, so please list any you can think of. Again, thank you very much.

 

If it's done properly (not according to the Decipher cards, which are much earlier, but to HTTE) Mara's lightsaber is blue. She's using Luke's first lightsaber (the one that Ben gave him in ANH) which he gave her in the last scene of TLC. So, post TLC, she should have a blue saber. I'm thinking it may have been mentioned in BP, but I gave the book to my brother so I can't check.

mara's old sabre was purple/violet. Her newer sabre is blue.

The purple one was given to her by palpatine. The blue one given to her by luke.

Ignore handles changing from picture to picture because that's just because an each artist's immigination, because no set handle design has been made.

Kyle Katarn, blue, then orange/yellow.

 

Tionne's is silver, according to YJK: Lightsabers.

Ok, I was working on something like this a couple of weeks ago. So here's the list I got, with the help of many on this board.

Green - Qui-gon Jin, Obi-wan Kenobi (technicly), Luke Skywalker, Jacen Solo, Kyle Katarn
Blue - Obi-wan, Mace Windu, Luke, Mara Skywalker, Anakin Skywalker (lol, it was the same blade for these last 3)
Red - Darth Maul, Darth Vader, Luke, Adi Gallia, Leia Solo (correct?)
Clear w/ violet core - Kyp (I think...)
Gold - Callista
Silver - Corran Horn, Nejja Halcyon
Orange - Zekk, Kyle
Purlpe - Ki-Adi-Mundi, Corran, Mara, Anakin Solo, Jaina Solo
Yellow - Plo Koon
Bronze - Lowbacca
Turqoise - Tenal Ka

Oh, it hasn't been updated for... I just blanked out on what the name of the new NJO book is. Oh well.

Cilghal's was silver from memory. Her's and Dorsk 81's can be found at the start of Darksaber.

Ganner's is sulfur yellow.
Daeshara'cor's was red.

You need to add luke's red one, from dark empire, the light dagger from lumiya ordeal, the splinter of the mind's eye light sabre, talked about in the EC(note the red one from dark empire and the SOTME sabre may be one and the same.)

Darth bane- violet in all 3 pictures.

Lumiya, yellowish light-whip.

qu rahn, yellow(used to be yoda's).

yoda, violet(unconfirmed from a non-continuity source), and yellow.

correction to kyp's saber from leviathan pictures, sort of a neon crimson violet with a transparent core.

How About:
Kam Solusar blue at the time of union

Dorsk 81
Dorsk 82(both used the same sabre) blue.

yellow at the time of union, his skin color changed as well.

Kirana Ti yellow

Ki adi mundi, violet.

adi gallia, crimson.

mace windu, blue.

plo koon, yellow.

corran had a green older sabre I believe.

Neeja Halcyon green I believe.

tionne has a green one at the time of union.

exar kun blue.

 

I'm almost certain Neeja's saber was silver, not green....or I'm I just getting delusional from spending too much time at work again....

 

Nejaa Halcyon's lightsaber was indeed silver:

"Thieves run in fright from it's silvery light." according to Rostek Horn. Corran used this one until he built his own, with a Durindfire gem at the center to give it the same silver glow of his grandfather's.

Tionne's is silver at the time of YJK: Lightsabers.

 

Raynar Thul never completeed a lightsaber. Nor did Lusa.
Everything else I know has been answered.
Although I have learned something recently: If you don't know the color, it's probably purple.

 

What's all this about Luke having a different lightsaber in SOTME, Valiento? (I can see it now, "Oh, TC, didn't you know? They moved SOTME after ESB." ) Who many 'sabers can one guy have?

Talon not the book but the gem for which the book is named after. He used the SOTME gem in another lightsabre, sometime after SOTME, which could be the red one he used in Dark empire.
