Wow... that was a little rude. No, that's not the only reason I object to his death. Obviously that is part of it, however it wasn't really required to further the plot, and he basically died for nothing. The New Republic that he fought and died for is dead. So, while I didn't like his death as a fan, I also object to it on the purely fundamental level.

EDIT: For future reference, the " " next to the "thread crasher" indicated that I was joking. Don't take everything so personally.

 

I will be looking for Anakin's return until I read the last word in the last NJO book. Of course I hopefully won't be waiting that long...

 

Cool we finally got a nice little thread of our own. I've got a fanfic about Anakin coming back, Return of a Hero - links in my sig. I personally think Anakin will return and there are many plausible ways. I also know that J_K_Dart has one and so does J_A_S (a very long one in fact)

Also if anyone wants feel free to join MUDDA, my little joke to go with FADA. My Ubiquitous Dispute of the Death of Anakin.

In that case you guys might want to check out the other two fics in my sig. They are both about Anakin as well. I have a fourth fic in my bio but it is non-Anakin humor, very different story I am working on there.

I'll just post to show my support. In case anyone has missed it there is a post about Vergere that is interesting in the EU Literature forum. Talk about Vergere's phoenix like qualities.

 

yeah, I noticed that, excellent points. Vergere is very phoenix like.

I'm sorry F_I_D you must be confused this is Fans Against Dead Anakins. If you aren't a Fan and you aren't against the death of Anakin then this probably isn't a thread for you. You see we are a group of fans, Anakin fans mind you, and we are protesting his death. Was that clear enough?



Maybe not, let me put it this way. We are this group of people, sometimes called a club, we have members and such. A member is someone that shares the same beliefs as us. What we do is we come in this thread to discuss club stuff. Since our club is about not agreeing with Anakin's death that is what we talk about.

We also write fanfics about Anakin returning. That requires some higher level reading and I apologize about that. Lemme see if I can offer some tips on reading:

A group of letters is a word, a group of words makes a sentence. Read left to right; top to bottom. Take Tylenol for any headaches, Midol for any cramps.
