Fanfiction based on Dark Empire.

Hi I am JediSenshi. I am wondering if there is any fanfiction, in the Fan Fiction Stories board or elsewhere (ie. other websites), dealing with the events in and/or during Dark Empire. Especially dealing with the main characters (Luke in particular). Please answer this question.

 

I can't think of any offhand that explicitly deal with the Dark Empire storyline.

 

Well, I am sure there are more, and I wrote one AU that began with DE, which means I altered the plotline a bit and worked from there. It is called Walking the Edgeand it on the fanfic board

 

there is a really really good fan fic called dark emporer by Brendon Wahlberg at the force net fan fic archive
its about 1/2 a meg long and has i think four different short stories in it the first hasnt got much to do with dark empire thing but is probably the best of them still

Try the Thrawn is Alive fanfic. You're really going to have to dig to find it though.

 

There's a story called The Dark Path by Ali Hadden that rewrites DE so it's not totally stupid. You can find it on fanfix

It's pretty old (circa 1995!) but it's good. An old favorite of mine.

 

I am writing a prequel trilogy of fanfic novels called Dark Republic which tells the backstory of Vima-Da-Boda's fall from grace. It is set 100 years before DE and introduces a sixy-something Vima, her daughter, Neema, plus a gorgeous young Padawan named Sarolyn Lordan, not to mention loads of mandalorians. The first part will be ready by July. The Dark Republic website is up and running with a databank detailing characters,locations etc plus loads of pics drawn by mostly my fair hand. There is also a discussion forum plus fan-art section.

Hi,
I wrote the fanfic Dark Emperor. I know it is very long, but you may be interested to read the final section, "Emperor's End". It takes place after "Empire's End" (the last issue of the Dark Empire series) and explores what happens to Palpatine in the afterlife...
The whole six-part Dark Emperor series came from the ideas in Dark Empire and takes into account the Emperor's cloning of himself. Dark Empire influences each part of the story in some way.
I have just completed a tie-in story, "The Apprentice Sidious".
