Rogue One Favorite Krennic Moment?

He has so many deliciously evil moments. Which one stands out the most?

 

I would have to say the we stand here moment.

 

That opening scene was... For me, it was the best little dialogue moment in the whole damn series.

 

"Are we Blind?! Deploy the garrison!"

Not just my favourite Krennic moment but my favourite line in the film too.

 

Asking me to pick just one Krennic moment is like asking me to pick which limb to keep. I guess I'll go with one nobody's posted yet.

"Now I admire the effort, I really do."

 

Your death, she is ironic.

 

"How do I know the weapon is complete? Let me share with you some details..."

 

The opening of Rogue One is not just a great Krennic-moment - I think it's a pure work of art!
Interestingly, Krennic's introdution also set my expectations quite high for his behaviour in the rest of the film. I believe that is the reason why I initially felt disappointed in his arc.
But these days, Orson Krennic is one of my favorite SW-villains.



I can't pick a single moment of Krennic-magic to worship. It's too difficult to decide!

 

I enjoy the scene in which he screams at Tarkin and the time Vader lectures and chokes him. I also like the one in which Jyn tells him that he's lost, but that's more because of Jyn than him. I suppose the best Krennic scene, IMO, is when he slaps Galen in the rain.

Gosh, there is a lot of slapping in Star Wars, if you think about it. (General Hux and Qui-Gon Jinn do it, too.)

This is also another good moment.

Don't choke on your aspirations director.

 

All of them! Great character.

 

Just him looking up at the death star looming over him before it fires is great as well.

 

Thinking about this more... My favourite moment was deleted! The one where he is walking through the water with his white cape dragging through it I don't know the context but I love that visual!

 

Great line deliveries. Also up there "Who ARE YOU?!" Just this random brunette chick keeps messing up Krennic's day.

Every time he dared to raise his voice in front of Tarkin, of all people

 

Amazing performance and character! the "Are we Blind?! Deploy the garrison!" delivery is really great, like "Get Started!" and all those harsh commands he gave. In fact, I think one of the things I liked the most about RO (which I love) was seeing Krennic´s interactions with other imperials: Tarkin, Galen Erso, and that great scene in Vader´s Castle!

 

I remember making that my avatar at the time.
