It's off of 59 and Kirby, inside the 610 Loop. Since regional activities has been a resently discussed topic, we'll take some time at this meeting to discuss and plan regional activities for the month of February.

Hopefully, not Feb. 7, I'm working.

 

Oh, right, the time It's our regular monthly meeting, so 2 PM -- mmm, oh, but this Saturday isn't the second Saturday of the month, is it? Darn, OK, 2 PM on the 14th, then, second Saturday of the month, as usual.

Well that was a bummer. When I picked the location, I had no idea they were shutting 59 down. Did anyone make it?

 

I was planning on it, but woke up too late and had to get other stuff done that day. Would have been difficult to get there, certainly.

 

I got there....at 3 PM after dealing with the 59 shutdown and part of Richmond being blocked off. Gotta love Traffic City.

 

At 3PM I gave up on trying to find a way to Kirby/59. I only know the city (beyond the north part, that is) by major highways, so a shut down like that put me out of business.
