Fire and Ice (1983).

Anyone seen this fantastic underrated animated fantasy gem? it's from Ralph Bakshi and Frank Farzetta about two continients at war which one is a realm of ice and one of fire, the evil Neckron of the ice kingdom kidnaps the sexy Princess Teegra for a lone warrior named Larn and a Batman-esque warrior named DarkWolf must rescue her and fight Neckron.

Nicely animated and well made movie with action and a rousing score plus a sexy toon chick makes this a true must see if your into fantasy and animation. I remembered watching this movie on video when i was 5 back in 1987 with my brothers, ah the memories and it's one of my top animated movies.

 

You know it came out on DVD somewhat recently, right? I've been meaning to get it, haven't watched it in ages, but the DVD is pretty expensive.

 

My local video store (Rogers video) has it....on my list 2 rent, from there.

Fire and Ice is one of my most favourite movies. Makes me always sentimental to think about the first time I watched it with my grandfather back in '88'.
